The Toluca Lake Beautification Partners Clean Team
are a set of services provided to enhance the public realm.
weekly trash service
TLBP provides 3rd party trash service for all twelve (12) private trash cans along Riverside Drive in the Village area (Sancola to Clybourn). Trash service picks up twice per week.
steam cleaning
TLBP cleaned Riverside Drive, from Pass Avenue to Sancola Avenue prior to the Annual Toluca Lake Holiday Open House in 2017

sidewalk repair
TLBP repaired over 600 square feet of concrete sidewalk area on Riverside Drive as one of the initial projects implemented.
TLBP trimmed trees along one segment of Riverside Drive that were imperiling pedestrians and vehicular traffic as one of its initial projects.
